EU-only AI, if you want it
Route AI matching, scoring and CV parsing through Mistral AI (Paris, France) instead of Anthropic — one setting, and processing never leaves the EU.
EU-only speech-to-text
Voice-memo and assessment recording transcription can run through Gladia (Paris, France) instead of Deepgram, with the same EU-only guarantee. Live interview transcription uses Daily.co's built-in Deepgram.
Full sub-processor transparency
Every sub-processor we use, what they do, and where they're located is published — with a signed Art. 28 GDPR Data Processing Agreement (AVV) included.
EU AI Act compliant
Candidate matching is treated as a high-risk AI system under the AI Act. Candidates are informed before it's used (Art. 26) and every decision comes with a right to explanation (Art. 86).
Your data never trains our models
Personal data is used only for inference — never to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, by us or by our sub-processors. No fully automated hiring decisions, ever (GDPR Art. 22).
